This warranty applies to the product if it is stated on the product label and the product was purchased in the country where the warranty is valid. MB Sėkmės posūkis guarantees that the product is sold free of material and manufacturing defects and is guaranteed for a minimum of 14 days from the date of sale. The warranty conditions provided by MB Sekmės pošūkis are presented here or in the product brochure of the countries where warranty services are provided. If material or manufacturing defects are found during the warranty period (14 days from the date of purchase), MB Sėkmės posūkis will replace the product or defective parts during the warranty period without additional labor or component charges, subject to the following conditions and restrictions. MB Sėkmės posūkis or your dealer may replace defective products or parts with new/refurbished parts or products.
Rules
Warranty services will only be provided upon presentation of the original invoice or purchase receipt (indicating the date of purchase, brand name and/or brand name) together with the defective product and before the warranty period has expired. MB Sekmės pošūkis and/or sales representatives may refuse to provide free warranty services if purchase documents are not provided, their parts are missing or illegible. This warranty is void if the product model name or product code has been altered, defaced, erased or illegible.

This warranty does not apply to:
Damage or defects resulting from use, operation or maintenance of the product in violation of the personal use guidelines described in this manual;
product damage or modification due to misuse, including:
Product redesign;
Accidents, excessive heat, fire, chemicals, dust, other substances, vibration, surges, excessive or inadequate power supply or input voltage, radiation, electrostatic discharge including lightning, other external forces and effects;
Improper care that compromises product design will result in cosmetic or surface damage or alteration;
Repair or repair attempts, when the work is not performed by MB Sėkmės posūkis or maintenance partners;
changes or modifications without the prior written permission of MB Success turn, including:
Replace the product when the specifications or functions specified in the user manual are exceeded;
Modify the product to comply with national or local technical and safety standards in countries other than those for which the product was designed and manufactured.
Product diagnostics may be charged if:
An MB Success Turn authorized sales or service representative confirms that the product is not covered by the repair warranty for any reason (for any reason);
The product has been certified to function properly and no hardware failures have been diagnosed.
How to apply for warranty assistance?
Before applying for a warranty repair, we recommend contacting us by e-mail. by mail: info@mazojikarta.lt – experts from our customer service department will advise on technical issues. Valid warranty repair requests are usually processed at the point of purchase within the first five (5) days of purchase, but this period may vary depending on where the product was purchased – please contact MB Sekmės pošūkis or your distributor for details. Claims regarding warranty requirements that cannot be resolved at the point of purchase, as well as other product-related problems, should be addressed to MB Sekmės pošūkis. Exceptions and limitations
If the possibility of not providing a guarantee is prohibited or limited by valid legal acts, MB Sekmės pošūkis does not provide a guarantee and does not limit it to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any warranty that becomes binding will be limited (in accordance with applicable law) until that warranty expires.
